- Sound waves to control iPhones

The researchers created a system that uses sound waves and physical buttons to give commands to the iPhone.
The system developed at Carnegie Mellon University by the name of Acoustuments in a mixture of acoustic and instruments. Researchers scheduled an iPhone to constantly emit an ultrasound and made into a 3D printer, various buttons, levers and keys to stop the sound. In the end, it was only set up the iPhone to recognize the different interruptions and make each interruption would trigger an action, such as turning off the alarm or decrease the volume, for example, reports Mashable.
Investigators allege achieve 99% accuracy in this type of control. For Disney entered this project and developed an interactive doll with face iPhone and using the Acoustrument technology to interact with the user.
